Local support at every stage
We stay closely connected with all of our global representatives to make sure the application and interview process is consistent, high-quality and well supported.

UK and US-based teams coordinate the program
Our UK team recruits the au pairs from around the world. They manage our international recruitment partners and representatives, and coordinate logistics like flights and visas.
Our US team (based in Stamford, Connecticut) supports every part of the program once you travel. They recruit the families, manage our Community Counsellors, and host your New York Warm Welcome.
Once you arrive in the US, you’ll be part of a local cluster, which is a special group of au pairs living in the same area. Each cluster is supported by a Community Counsellor, who is your support person throughout the year.
