Find the right host family for you
We know how important it is to feel comfortable, welcome and supported by the family you live with in the USA
Finding a family
Host families across the USA
Our host families live all over the United States. Each family is unique. Some have one child, others have more. But every family shares one important thing in common:
They are looking for the right person to join their home, care for their children and share in the cultural exchange experience.
They are open-minded, welcoming, and ready to offer a safe, supportive environment for their au pair.

How we match you with a family
When you apply, we take time to understand:
Your childcare experience
Your personality and interests
The kind of host family that would suit you best
We then carefully introduce you to families whose needs and expectations match your own. The matching process includes time to get to know the family, ask questions and make sure it feels like the right fit for everyone.
