We work with trusted partners around the world who know the process well. Many of our interviewers were au pairs. They understand what it’s like to be an au pair, and can share helpful advice from their own experience.
In the USA
Support while you’re in the USA
When you arrive in the USA and join your host family, you will meet your Community Counsellor, who will be your local contact throughout your stay.
Check in with you and your host family regularly
Offer advice and help to resolve any problems
Connect you with other au pairs in your area
Help you enroll in your required college course
Organise social events and meetups for au pairs nearby
You’ll also be supported by the Au Pair in America head office in Stamford, Connecticut, where the team is always ready to help.
